At Bestia Botanica, we want you to love what you receive. If you're not fully satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Return Window

You may request a return or exchange within 30 days of delivery.


Return Eligibility

Because our products are made to order, returns are accepted under the following conditions:

  • The item arrived damaged, misprinted, or defective
  • You received the wrong item
  • The item was lost in transit

We do not accept returns for buyer’s remorse (e.g., ordering the wrong size, changing your mind) unless otherwise stated.


What We Need

To begin a return or replacement request, please email us at info@bestiabotanica with:

  • Your order number
  • A clear photo of the issue (if applicable)
  • A brief description of the problem

Please do not send items back without prior approval, as we may not be able to process unapproved returns.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected (if applicable), we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.


Custom Print Considerations

As all items are custom printed, slight variations in color, size, or placement may occur and are not considered defects.
