Welcome to Bestia Botanica. This website is operated by Bestia Botanica LLC. Throughout the site, the terms “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Bestia Botanica. Bestia Botanica offers this website, including all information, tools, and services available from this site to you—the user—conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies, and notices stated here.

1. Shopify Hosting & E-Commerce Platform

Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.

3. Product Information & Print-on-Demand Fulfillment

Bestia Botanica offers made-to-order products featuring original art inspired by native plants and animals. Product images and descriptions are for illustrative purposes only. 

All products are made to order and produced via third-party print-on-demand providers. While we strive for accuracy in descriptions and imagery, minor variations in color, size, or placement may occur due to the custom nature of production.

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product at any time without notice.

 

4. Orders & Fulfillment

All products are custom-made upon order. Once an order is placed, it is sent to production and cannot be modified or canceled.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including but not limited to:

  • Product availability
  • Errors in product or pricing information
  • Fraud or suspicious activity

Estimated Delivery Times: 

Each item is made to order to reduce waste. Production and shipping times vary slightly by print partner and location.

United States:
Estimated delivery within 7–14 business days (includes 2–7 days for production and 3–7 days for shipping).

Canada, Europe & Australia:
 Estimated delivery within 10–20 business days (includes production and international transit).

Other International Regions:
Estimated delivery within 14–30 business days, depending on customs and carrier processing times.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. During holidays or high-volume periods, production and carrier delays may occur. You’ll receive tracking information as soon as your order ships.

 

5. Pricing & Payment

Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. We accept major credit/debit cards and other payment methods available through our platform. Payment is required at the time of purchase.

 

6. Shipping

Shipping times vary based on product and destination. Estimated delivery times are provided on product pages but are not guaranteed.  We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs.

 

7. Modifications to the Service and Prices

Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) at any time without notice.

 

8. Accuracy of Billing and Account Information

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order. If we make a change to or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you via the contact information provided at the time the order was made.

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made on our store.

 

9. Orders and Payment

All prices are listed in USD. Orders are processed once payment is successfully completed. We reserve the right to refuse any order, limit quantities, or cancel orders in our sole discretion.

 

10. Returns & Refunds

Please review our full Return & Refund Policy. We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for items that arrive damaged, misprinted, or incorrect. Because each item is custom printed on demand, we do not accept returns for reasons such as size issues or buyer’s remorse.
