Thank you for shopping with Bestia Botanica LLC. Each item in our store is made to order to reduce waste and support sustainable production. Because of this, shipping times include both production and delivery.

We partner with trusted print-on-demand providers and shipping carriers to ensure your order arrives safely. Please read the details below to understand how we handle processing, fulfillment, and delivery.


 

2. Order Processing & Fulfillment

  • All products are custom-made upon order.
  • Once your order is placed, it immediately enters production and cannot be modified or canceled.
  • Production typically takes 2–7 business days, depending on the item and provider.
  • You’ll receive an email confirmation with tracking once your order ships.

Our current print partners include Printify, Teelaunch, and ShineOn.


 

3. Estimated Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times include both production and shipping.
Please note these are estimates, not guarantees—delays may occur during holidays, severe weather, or high-volume periods.

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your address, product type, and carrier rates.
Bestia Botanica may offer free shipping promotions on select items or within the continental U.S. — these offers will be clearly noted on the product page or during checkout.


 

5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking information. Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear.
If you haven’t received your tracking email after 10 business days, please contact us at info@bestiabotanica.com.


 

6. Delays & Lost Packages

While rare, shipping delays can occur due to carrier issues, weather, or customs inspections.
Bestia Botanica LLC is not responsible for delays once the package is in the carrier’s possession.

If your tracking shows “delivered” but you haven’t received your order:

  1. Check with household members or neighbors.
  2. Verify your shipping address on your order confirmation.
  3. Contact the carrier directly.
  4. If unresolved, email us at info@bestiabotanica.com, and we’ll do our best to assist.

 

7. Incorrect Addresses

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout.
We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.
If an item is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer is responsible for reshipment costs.


 

8. Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or fees imposed by your country’s customs office.
These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost and are the responsibility of the recipient.


 

9. Damaged, Defective, or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number.
We’ll arrange a replacement or refund in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.
